| I have been very lenient in these rules in the past but will enforce due to some taking advantage Reservations require a 50% deposit to be paid within 2 days after booking by phone. Dates will not be held unless the deposit is received. ALL HUNTS MUST BE PAID IN FULL 4 DAYS BEFORE THE DATE OF THE HUNT..IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED AND YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR HUNT DATE Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Reservations made after November 1st require customers to provide credit card information at the time of booking to hold dates. If a customer prefers to use another form of payment, the credit card will be held until payment is received. If deposit is not received within 4 days, the 50% deposit will be charged to the credit card. In the event that fewer guests arrive than originally booked, the remainder of the deposit MAY NOT be applied as payment toward the final bill...If There is a weather or any other cancellation due to conditions beyond human control ( Dangerous Wind Thunder Storms etc.) The deposit for that day MAY NOT be applied as payment toward any other days Final bill..If a date is available you can re-book due to weather..Or re-book the next year if that date is not available Reservations made after January 15th require payment in full at the time of booking... We do our best to put you on birds..There no refunds or discounts allowed..This is a business as any other hunting endeavor..Big game hunting, fishing etc...You can not control the outcome..Payment is expected in full at the end of each hunt...NO exceptions will be made |
